After twelve years in corporate with two young children, I could no longer ignore my fatigue, brain fog, chronic stress, bloating PMT & psoriasis. A friend urged me to see a Kinesiologist to restore my health & find joy in my life again.
I was blown away how Kinesiology works on every aspect of your health: nutrition, energy, emotional and physical health. Every aspect of your life impacts your physical and mental well-being, and this natural holistic therapy helps to pull the puzzle pieces together to bring back harmony and health in your body.
It is my absolute passion to share how Kinesiology can elevate your health, especially offering to you The Rewild Method for women in the Perimenopausal Transition. As the Menopausal phase is the time to address all aspects of our health – hormonal, gut, brain, sleep, energy, emotional, physical (muscles & bones) – as this will ensure we thrive into our next chapter & reduce our risk of dementia.
